I live in Ponca City and my daughter attends college in Stillwater, Ok about 45 minutes away. She found a pair of short boots in the store in Stillwater, but they didn't have her size. After being informed that they couldn't get her size, I wrote down the skew number and went to the internet. I called Tulsa and they told me to call the Norman store. Now if you know anything about Oklahoma, you'll know that OSU and OU are kind of rivals. I called the Norman store and the manager, Brooke told me that she would search for the shoes. I didn't hold out much hope, but she did call me back and we got the boots. Later I found another pair of Boots and it was a Christmas Miracle. They arrived Christmas Eve. I can't say enough about how great this store is in Norman. I wish that every American had the work ethic that the people at this store do. Thanks Brooke and the staff there.
