I work for a company that has purchased from the Cellar for our company functions. I went into the store today on behalf of the company on official buisness and also to make a large purchase for our party this weekend.I was told that this was a horrible time to try and see the owner because it's the busiest time of the year. The store is huge and there wasn't another customer in the store. The counter employees laughed at me getting chewed out by the manager and asked me to leave.I left without the store even knowing what I was there for. Cellar Wine & Spirits violates customer privacy by ignoring Mastercard policy 9.11.2 which states that "A merchant must not refuse to complete a MasterCard card transaction solely because a cardholder who has complied with the conditions for presentment of a card at the POI refuses to provide additional identification information."
