Absolutely abysmal service. I have had billing questions and called all the numbers I could find: 405-447-6017, 405-573-9383, and a host of Agateno dealers close to me... I called their help line at 877-544-2727, and almost all numbers are out of service. The ones that aren't disconnected are fax or belong to some other company. Email to info@agateno.com hasn't elicited a response. This company has made no effort to contact me. They bill me but there is no description of the bill's purpose - but if you don't pay, without a phone call, they'll turn it over to a collection agency. What kind of business practice is that? I now want to return the machine, but no one can tell me how. Seems like they're out of business, but how can they bill me? If I'm leasing it, and they say to call the 877 number if I have any problems, but no one answers, is that breach of contract? What a runaround. I would never recommend them. ...read more
