Promised refund if we emptied boxes within 30 days, which we did. Company promised to pick up boxes & mail refund. No refund & we are still stuck with the boxes!!! Lots of promises but nothing done so far. Tried calling them - were rude, hung up on us, refuses to answer calls or even return calls after messages left. Don't use this company!!!!! What a bunch of jerks!! Moved the contents of my daughter's apartment and damaged her BRAND NEW box springs!! They told us it was "existing damage" but it has just been delivered by the matress company. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but they would not respond or refund our money.
