I've never, ever, done this before but after visiting the McDonalds in Broken Bow, OK, I feel compelled to let someone (up the chain so-to-speak) know what is going on in that restaurant! The service was LOUSY! I waited and waited and waited for someone to take my order. Then the shift manager who waited on me acted as if it was a real burden to even take my order! I asked for coffee with my meal and she said "It will be a moment for the coffee." So, I took my salad to my table, expecting someone to either bring me my coffee, or at the very least call me back up to the counter when it was ready. But after I had almost finished my salad, I went back up to the counter and another "server" tried to charge me for another cup of coffee! Oh, and the "drive-thru" window wasn't working either so everyone who pulled up to it had to drive back around the building and come inside to order! Long story short ...
