This is the worst repair shop in town prices a re to high and the owner knows very little about newer cars and trucks so if you like having monkeys fix your car and paying to much this is the place for you ....warning can't beleive anything they tell you they don't know themselves just playing the guessing game with your money ....... ...read more

Over the years, I probably bought over a few dozen car/ trucks/motorcycles. I'm new to the area and didn't know of other dealerships. \t\n\t\nI went to Dutro to buy a car. They didn't have the car I wanted so they were going to do a dealer locater and go and pick it up. No big deal, I thought. I tried to negoatiate a price, thay would not budge of sticker. I put $5000 down and they were going to have it to me in 2 days. \t\n\t\nWell, 2 days turned into 4 days, 7 days, 10 days and then finally was told that they would be able to get it in 3 weeks. At no point were they calling me to update me. I had to call everytime to question their deadline. After my second call, after being told that the car wasn't going to be there, the saleman, quit taking my calls. I never heard from the sales manager once and never was able to meet him. He was always "out on the lot". I left the sales manager several messages and nothing. The only person in contact with me at this point was the lady working in finance.\t\n\t\nAfter being told three weeks, I looked on the internet and found Parkway Nissian. I can honestly say, that was the easiest car buying experence. They were $4987.23 cheaper than Dutro on invoice. Plus they gave me $800.00 more on my trade in. \t\n\t\nThe staff at Parkway made me feel like family. Again, I've bought a few dozen car/trucks/motorcycles and this was by far, the best purchasing experence of all time.\t\n\t\nMy wife and I were treated great. I had never owned a Nissian. I love it.
