They are the kind of people you fear, the kind of people who will rip you off without having any remorse. warranty (again) when for the same price you will get a year warranty which lets them get away with either using cheap substandard parts or hire cheap labor that don't know what they are doing and have no repercussion. I feel sorry for the people who will go there and continue to be ripped off not realizing they are being ripped off because they continue to trust them. If I hadn't talked to another shop that told me this part should not have failed in the time it did with the mileage I had, that it was either a bad part or the work was not done right, and told me the cost and warranty that is standard at other shops, I could have continued to do business with them. Where I went wrong was the day I first walked in the door. After that, they got you! Don't make the same mistake. I'm telling you - you will be sorry!!! ...read more

These guys are the biggest ripoff artists I've ever met. In the past I've gone to auto repair shops and suspected that I was getting ripped off but until now I was never 100% sure! Their 90 day warranty is hilarious. They will say they will cover the cost of the part but we'll have to pay for the labor. It just so turns out that the cost they are charging for labor is the same cost that other shops charge for the entire job, plus they will only warranty the job for 90 days (again) when other shop's warranty is 1 year. And when you contact the BBB, they will say you chose their house brand part and knew that it only covered a 90 day warranty when you were told you were getting the name brand part and that they only use quality name brand parts. I would have never gone there. ...read more
