Hello, my name is Pam. Welcome to my personal weight loss journal / blog. I am 51 years old and have struggled with weight issues for more then half my life. My husband and I have had a home-based networking business in health and nutrition for 3 years and being in this type of business it has been somewhat of a personal embarrasment to me to be overweight. I have had many health issues in the past that through health and nutrition products I have been able to eliminate with the 1 big exception of my weight. I have tried too many diets to count and although I would loose some weight during the diet I would eventually get discouraged as it was taking a long time to reach my goal and as well I would be hungry and would eventually give into my cravings and cheat. This of course would lead to me gaining the weight back + some...... But...... finally my weight is over, I have great hope, and for the first time in many many years I am becoming friends with my scales. In 9 weeks I have lost a total of 23 1/2 lbs and 28 1/2 inches off my total overall body measurements. I still have a ways to go but am confident I will reach my goal in time for summer fun!  I welcome you to follow my progress and/or join me in this weight-loss journey if you desire.
