Sandalwood Apartments

This was one of the worst apartments I have ever rented from. It was a cheap which was a bonus but there was never anyone working in the office. It was always closed and when things went wrong no was there to fix it or they wouldn't fix it properly. Also, upon moving out the apartment charged all kinds of erroneous charges and instead of sending notification of the charges to the forwarding address provided to them they sent me to collections instead and charged double the amount they billed me for. Would absolutely never rent from this place or any other Elon Property Management group. There is a reason this company does not provide direct phone numbers to their regional managers or reviews on their property websites. It is because they are shady and hiding from all the residents they have screwed over. ...read more
