PLEASE help! There are a couple of cars parked in front of our home at 924 Francis Ave. Toledo 43609 that do not belong to anyone living in our neighborhood. These are causing a problem daily for traffic to move through the neighborhood and the school bus has a heck of a time squeezing by every day. It is a very big issue to get our vehicles out of our driveway if the wife or I need to go to work or anything because there is no place to park in front of our house for 2 minutes while we trade cars in the driveway. Every morning and afternoon if I am not on duty, I watch as the children walk to school scared to death one is going to go between these or other parked cars in the street and not be seen by someone driving by and there be a serious accident with a hurt child! It looks like the neighbors located at; 927 Francis Ave. may be running some kind of auto repair or some other kind of unlicensed business and using the street in front of our home for his parking lot. I have seen and have pictures of wreckers dropping off cars that sit for weeks. One, a silver Mercury 4 door license plate # GLK 3248 was dropped off on a flat bed wrecker on March 9, 2017 and has not moved since. I have pictures of the wrecker dropping it off. There is also a Chevy Caprice 4 door license plate # GKP 8736 with a unusual paint job that has been setting in front of our home for longer. It is easy to spot with bullet holes over the right rear tire and “Antionio D’s Custom Paint” in the rear window. Sometimes one or more of these cars sitting in front of our home may have a car jack under them with a tire taken off and just sit there for days or weeks. I have tried unsuccessfully to speak to the neighbor located at 927 Francis Ave. because no one will answer the door and I have not seen any lights on in the house for several days including night time.
