Never live at Dover Place Apts. They are dark dumps and you can hear everything they are cheaply built. Maintenance is a joke as well as management. The neighbors especially in the very back are trouble making 911 happy trash. I would look elsewhere if i were you.. ...read more

To start, there are a few things you need to know about Red Coach: 1.) If you have a pet, you are more than likely guaranteed to be charged a pet odor fee upon leaving... even if they are housebroken, properly groomed/cleaned, etc. 2.) You could have professional cleaners scour your apartment from top to bottom before you move out, but you WILL be charged a cleaning fee regardless. 3.) Bottom line... kiss that deposit good bye. You will NOT get it back, it's more of a worry about how much extra you will have to pay. For $650 a month, you get closet doors that fall off, broken sinks, ovens, and toilets, thin walls, laughable insulation, and a lot of spiders. Maintenance never comes to fix anything and the office staff is very rude. I don't feel like I've ever wasted my money more, than on this place. When you move out, expect to owe in excess of your deposit even if the apartment is in better shape when you leave than when you moved in. ...read more

Red Coach has become an outstanding place to live under the current manager, Kim. She is a kind, compassionate person as well as a professional in apartment managent. She goes over and above what she is required to do, to be sure the tenants are happy. As for the maintenance staff, they are also professional and capable. I would highly recommend Red Coach. ...read more

Unfortunately, there is no zero star rating... Kim Tinkle, the Manager is terrible. Kent and Hulio, thier maintenance guys are probably the worst, unskilled people I have ever seen. Everything they "fix" (good luck getting them to even try) is half assed and incredibly shoddy. Like any place, there is a mixture of good and bad neighbors, unfortunately, the number bad neighbors throwing parties, smoking dope behind the apartments and stealing from your cars seem to be rising. My biggest complaint, however, is Kim the Manager. She is really a very rude evil fat person... ...read more

Kim (office manager) is horrible. When I told her that I wasn't renewing my lease she became rude & snappy. When it rains there are no onings to keep the rain from beating down on the metal window sills. The maintenance man is creepy & unfriendly & the pool is always unattended & crowded. Also when it snows they won't have the plow come until late into the afternoon. Good luck getting to work. I don't recommend Red Coach. It's too much money when you could probably find a house for the same amount. I always keep my homes nice & taken care of & have wonderful references & they still screwed me out my deposit. I will rate them poorly on every site possible to help somebody else avoid this nightmare. ...read more

Awesome management, as you are filling out your application. Once you are moved in, you are treated very poorly. The management will lie to you and say ANYTHING they need to, in order to get you to sign a lease. They make up their own rules, and you think your lease agreement will keep you safe? Think again, if they don't like you, they will find a way to kick you out. Even if you pay your rent on time every month. If you are looking for an apartment, consider this a LAST resort. Unless you enjoy being lied to, and don't mind general maintenance being ignored. Neighbors are great, VERY nice people, but watch out,you won't enjoy your stay here. Also, be careful in winter months, they don't care if your walk is shoveled, or the parking lot is safe, be prepared to get hurt, especially in the upstairs units, where the only acces to the lower level are metal stairs which attract ice. Fire escape stairway was removed to accomodate a three bedroom unit. Do your research!!! It's not worth it!! ...read more

I suspect the people leaving all the good reviews for this place work for greenlawn, especially with the way they keep pumping up their free tanning promotion. I have had a very unpleasant experience with greenlawn and would not recommend it. ...read more

Red Coach Village is a horrible place to live. The office staff is completely useless. Anonymous is right, your neighbors WILL throw parties and be incessantly noisy without consequence. The staff is defintely "hands off" when it comes to complaints from their residents. Kimberly Tinker, the current office manager, and there have been MANY office managers in the time that I've lived here, is completely rude and doesn't want to hear or deal with problems of any kind. If you choose to live here, expect constant noise and total disregard from your neighbors. This used to be a nice, quiet place to live, but now they're letting all the trash in. Shame. ...read more

I loved the girls in the office-they always made any problem I had go away very quickly. They were friendly, fast, and really know what they are doing. They even sent me and everyone else a holiday card with chocolates. Parking is good, apartments are nice, and the free tanning was nice. I'd reccomend it to anyone. Check out their website at thespringfieldapts.com. ...read more
