I went to Burger King on Thur. nite at 10:00 P.M. My receipe said I paid for my order at 9:57 P.M. They asked me to pull up and wait for my order. 20 min. later I went in to ask for my order. I did not get an apology or any explanation for why I had to wait. They did not put my cheese tots in the bag and they gave me the wrong pies. The service was disgraceful and I'm extremely patient. They could have at least said I'm sorry. I can't understand why it is so hard to get someones food in the bag and give it to them. They have a lot of nerve calling themselves fast food. We were traveling thru your area recently and stoped in for lunch. It was the cleanest restaurant I've seen in a long time. The staff was courteous and took care of all our special requests. The manager who's picture is on the wall "Sheri" I believe was the name, was outstanding.
