I purchased 150 roofing screws on Monday, buying enough to make sure I could complete the project I had started. I finished the job Monday evening and tried to return the unused portion of the screws I had purchased. I was told I could not return this item unless I had a full bag. I didn't have a full bag of couse because I didn't purchase a full bag. You sold individual pieces but I couldn't return individual pieces. NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A POLICY. At $.42 per screw this policy is QUESTIONABLE!!! I read the return policies on the wall behind your counter and did not see this covered. My son had purchased the wrong screw for me in the A,M. but I was allowed to return those screws, I'm sure that falls under your EXCHANGE POLICY. Those screws were individually purchased also.
