If you fit into a lifestyle of 'white trash' this is the place for you to live! The sherriff is there at least 4 times each week. If you like soap operas choose this place, you'll be living in one. The residents are seen dumpster diving and fighting openly on a constant and consistant basis. This is not a place for children. The company manager is kind and they do get work orders done in a timely manner. The facilities are clean and well taken care of. If you can live here and not associate with ANY of your neighbors, you may be able to handle living here. Unless you like to sleep. There were always people being loud on weekends and squealing tires in the middle of the weekend nights. I can not stress enough how often the sherriff's deputies are there. It is rare for them to not pull in the driveway. Don't get me wrong, there's very little crime.
