This is a classy restaurant but family style. The owner visited our table and made you feel like you were a regular there always. When we walked in we saw people carrying containers out and we also couldn't finsh our large portions. The worst part was choosing from the array of dishes on the menu. Melody Lane Ballroom in Newton Falls, Ohio, officially closed their doors in July of 2010. For the past several years, line dancing was Tuesday night pleasure and Saturday nights were all dancing. The Ballroom dancers joined the facility on several Friday nights when another ballroom closed for pool tournaments. Over the years, many dancers have enjoyed the best hardwood dance floor anywhere in this area. My parents and many of my friends parents were part of that history and we kept the tradition going for a long time. Unfortunately, the doors were closed in July, 2011 and the facility has been put up for sale. Many memories of this beautiful trip into the local history of dancing.
