I wanted to share my experience with the tumbling class at the YWCA in Medina, OH. My three year old daughter has been in gymnastics for 3 months now at the Y. Julie is her teacher. Today when my daughter got done with her class, she showed my a bruise on her leg. I assumed it was from a fall, but when I asked her what happened she began to cry and told me that Miss Julie grabbed her leg because she wasnt listening! My daughter is three years old! I confronted Miss Julie and she denies the incident, but instead of handling the issue she rolled her eyes. The Y doesnt let parents watch (only one day a month) and now I know why. Miss Julie is not patient with the kids and shes obviously has frustration issues. We will not be returning to the Y ever again. ...read more
