I am a loyal patron to Whats4Dessert, but something has happened with the service lately. If this had just happened once, I could understand, but it has happened 3 times recently. I place my lunch order at the counter and am told that it will be brought to me. I sit down and wait for my order.... and wait... and wait... Finally, I go to the counter to see what has happened and they don't even know that I placed an order or that I paid for it! They just act as if I was invisible! We have ate at this restaurant for the past 11 years and never had a bad experience, until now. The deep fried mushrooms didn't taste the same. The salad, which we love, was like the dressing had been sitting in it a while!!! The rolls were very small and kinda hard. Ordered steak special and had to send well done steaks back, had blood running out of them!!! YUCK!!!! steaks were brought back to the table scorched and we all got sick!!! This is a small family owned chain (of 3) all based in northern Ohio, but if you are ever in the area you must go. Great steaks cooked perfectly. Big fresh salads and warm homemade rolls. We had the stuffed mushroom caps as our appetizer, which were phenomenal. Add that with a nice "western range" decor and great service, and you have a winner.
