What's 4 Dessert

I am a loyal patron to Whats4Dessert, but something has happened with the service lately. If this had just happened once, I could understand, but it has happened 3 times recently. I place my lunch order at the counter and am told that it will be brought to me. I sit down and wait for my order.... and wait... and wait... Finally, I go to the counter to see what has happened and they don't even know that I placed an order or that I paid for it! They just act as if I was invisible! Each time, I was apologized to profusely, but I cannot understand what is going on here. Other than the bad service, the food is great.

Every time I try to go there and sit with a cup of coffee, there is a bible study group talking and disrupting me. This is a coffee shop not a church. Unless I missed the sign on the door that this place is for crazy Christians only. I will not go back again.
