The Envoy is a very quaint, nicely kept, clean, safe, convenient place to live. Great place to live. Just purchased in October 2008 and very happy. Taxes are a little high since in Lakewood and Maint. Fee up there also but great Indoor and Outdoor pool, Work out room, Vending machines, Indoor Racket Ball court, tennis courts, and outdoor picnic area. ...read more
