This allows us to provide quality, professional services at rock bottom prices! We use onlyCOMMERCIAL GRADE SEALERdirect from the plant. I have 15 years of experience in the asphalt&sealcoating business.IMPORTANT: A lot of sealcoat and asphalt companieswater down their sealer so it goes further andthey can spray it on. WeDO NOTwater down our sealer andour sealer is hand applied using a squeegie for thicker coverage! Watered-down sealer results in less effecient sealing and does not last as long on the asphalt/blacktop. If the plant thought you could get effective coverage with watered-down sealer, they would water it down themselves to make more money! Typically, our product will last 2 to 3 years on residential driveways.
