i used to go to trendsetters to get my hair done for years and never had a problem. over time though, the quality of the cuts got terrible. once i went to get my hair layered with short layers at the top and when i told the stylist she said "oh wow you don't want that it would look retarded like a mullet." and refused to cut it how i wanted, instead cutting about five inches off my hair making it barely up to my shoulders. and another time i went to get it dyed red and it turned birght ORANGE. i have since been growing my hair back out for two years and its finally the length it used to be. i would not go here if you expect to get what you want out of a hair cut. the staff is rude, stubborn, and overall unprofessional. ...read more

I am soooo happy to see these reviews on here and know that I'm not the only person that feels this way about the owner. Upon entering the store for the first time as a new potential customer, the owner was at the front desk to check me in. Someone in the store had misscheduled my appointment. She didn't accept responsibility for this mistake nor did she apologize. She was loud, rude, obnoxious, and was arguing with me about who made the error. She had no tact, no customer service, and doesn't know how to treat people. The worst part is, she doesn't even see her lack of customer service and is too socially retarded to change her approach. She was so rude, one of her employees was kind enough to offer to come in on her day off as the owner just couldn't seem to fit me in (I had a coupon she didn't want to warrant). I have over 200 dollars worth of services paid for to go there and you couldn't pay me enough to go there. You're business won't last with your righteous attitude. Terrible! ...read more
