This place is TRULY all about the money! You WON"T get a deposit back. You WILL get fined for everything! The lease agreement looks like a book! They change managers every few months. They are so unorganized. They don't mail anything to you. All notices(good or bad) are left on your door for anyone to read. Not all apartments are owned by the same people. The Coughlin Family own the majority of them, along with a couple other businesses. They are never available unless you schedule an appointment visit through the manager, and then you will only get to talk to the daughter of the owners who is an attorney. You don't stand a chance against them and the mystery fees that you will owe for all of the stuff that you don't do while living there. So glad to get away from that place! This place is a money hungry place. They switch office people more times then I can count. We moved out over a year ago and now all of the sudden out of no where a debt place sent me something saying I owe them almost 2000 dollars I am sick of this place.
