My wife and I have been going to Dakota's at least once or twice a month since it has opened. I will admit, it has had its share of ups and downs. What restaurant doesn't? However, it has been terrific 95 percent of the time, particularly recently. The food quality and service has seemed to have gotten better, though we are now in the habit of requesting a server named Zackary. Super friendly, attentive and personable guy. Not robotic or awkward like others and always a joy to watch handle his customers with ease and a smile. Try the ribs or the ribeyes, usually the best items on the menu from my experience. We have eaten at this restuarant several times. We especially enjoyed the prime rib and filet mignon. A Western Roadhouse atmosphere and a good place for higher priced family dinning. Go early sometimes there is a 30 minute plus wait. Waitresses are helpful and friendly. In the summer there is very loud music/band outside but it can ruin an otherwise pleasant dinner if you are sitting inside in the section next to the band. ...read more

have tried quite a few times,stakes are bad.no one seamed to be very concerned.a lot of people are talking about how bad the food and or service is.parking lot is not full on weekends. that says something. come on guys get your act together,would like to come back and say how good the food was. small town bad reviews get around fast. ...read more
