Once upon a time a fellow who owns a company in the audio business sends a pair of speakers in that were burnt up, like a blow torch was taken to them. Few weeks later, the same fellow sends the same speakers torched again? I did something wrong, I fixed them for him again, by buying him new. The fellow NEVER paid. Here is his response" Wow.....well I was considering some AP s and will advise that yours is the least amount my company and I owe and of importance, especially given the economic climate today.....and now reading the goofy email threats below....OK please do email NHT and BBB :)) wow that will have an impact on me and my company for sure!!!! I paid you for the initial repair that lasted less than 48 hours (since it was a cash deal I m screwed) and was going to pay for a second repair (against my better judgment).......but not right now, money is gone....maybe I ll include you in the Chapter 13 filing? and you want to do business with this company?
