This vendor was hired thru Sears service. I was unable to get a return phone call while trying over a 3 day period. I have been without a refrigerator for 2 weeks, and have just been asking for the part number that they ordered so that I could see if I could get it myself. Sears was able to place a call for me, and the vendor answered, but when I asked for the part number the vendor hung up on me. Totally un-professional. Completely poor service ...read more
