On 10/17/13 I was pooled over for Expired plates on are travel trailer/camper on 224 Findlay ohio in front of jack n does the state trouper in formed me (the driver) and my dad (in the car at the time) that he would let us off easy with the minim price of 25.00$ for the expired plates when I want to pay on line it came up as a 155.00$ fine I fell we where lied to and miss led. I would like to recommend that Cities, towns and villigaes implement former ritired police,military,citizens and others to do some of thier own policing for criminals,drug dealers, and other crimes. I believe they should be organized and have the local police involved with them. Retired Sergeant Richard Murphy in Toldeo that I saw on the WTOL web-site in which I recommend to everyone to sign up for. I do not know his address but I think someone could find this out may tru WTOL and he has very good information on crimes and how to avoid a crime and protect yourself, other people and prevent a crime.
