I have taken my cars to John Pierce Auto Care for 30+ years, and recommend them to anyone who ever needs repair. The honesty and integrity is worth a million, and they charge less than other local repair shops! I know I can trust these guys always to fix what I need fixed, recommend what to do in the future, and they have never ever tried to get us to do more than necessary. This is invaluable in car repair. If you want a pretty car shop - go pay for one. If you want excellent, reputable car repairmen, go to John Pierce Auto Care. Do NOT take your car here! Our car had zero running problems when we took it in to have the AC fixed. He charged over $500 to replace 1 part in the AC and then gave us a list of "other" things he "happened" to find wrong with our car while he was working. One of which was the radiator. He claimed there were "stress" lines on it and mentioned that he would replace it for a little over $200. Well, since we have never had any problems with it we told him no and took our car home. Strangely enough 1 DAY after taking the car home the radiator blew. After having my friend take a look at it, he believes "someone" damaged the radiator by poking a hole in it. Whether it was done by accident or on purpose to get more money I don't know but I do know I will NEVER trust these horrible people again and neither should you! ...read more
