While I did renew for another month today plus used a coupon for a free week...the commons site is very clean and the staff is very helpful and courtesy abounds...however I am still upset at having recently paid for a month (30 visits) I only got to use 29 visits as they were closed for Easter...that was not my doing and I feel I should have received the 30th the next day...that is cheating, stealing and just plain wrong...morally and ethically...I do expect that by the time my current 37 visits are done that I will be told that I still had 1 visit coming...failure of that happening will cause me to look for another salon, report this crime to the BBB and to basically bad mouth to the general public using Facebook and others sources so others are not conned by this establishment... ...read more

I paid for 3 tans and paid for the upgrades in advance. I came in to use my third tan and was told my package had expired. I was never told that I had to use my tans with in 5 days. This was the 6th day. After being refused my tan, I asked to be refunded the $1 I paid for the unused upgrade and was refused. I asked for the manager and she said she was and there was nothing that could be done. Very poor business practices!!! ...read more
