I have a genetic disorder in my family that causes hearing loss. I have been seeing Dr Lolan since I was a young girl (my mom was a patient of his for a long time as well). Now at 36 and living in Portland OR, I will still go back to him when it is time for new hearing aids. I've tried to find a new audiologist, but Dr Lolan is so in synch with the latest technologies in the hearing world, that I've yet to find anyone with his type of knowledge and experience in the field. I had a horrible experience with another audiologist who basically told me that I would have to live with some of the shortfalls of hearing aids. I decided to call up Dr Lolan for a second opinion, and he was horrified at what I was being told.
