I dropped off my I-phone 4S to be repaired on 09/29/14 and Pager Plus One employee [James] said it would be about 1 hour. I was then texted that they had broken the home button and camera and would need another day to repair that. Ive now spent 10 days and 4 separate trips to their store trying to get my phone back and James has failed to show up each and every pre-arranged time and place. Different excuses each time, oh you’re there? sorry I am at the bank, drive over here and wait, wait more, I will meet you somewhere else, i will have someone else meet you later, they don’t know where that place is, you were at the wrong location, employees were in the back and didn’t hear you, employees had to go somewhere else, can you wait a little longer etc… They have had my phone for 10 days and are now not returning any texts or phone calls. employees went through personal info on my phone and didn't fix the problem, when I went to pick up my phone (after they had it for over an hour) the tech was smirking at me from behind the window, and 2 male employees were laughing, which one of them couldn't even look at me without laughing. I should be able to trust that sprint employees won't go through pictures, messages, or access my personal accounts. Privacy policies are in place and should be enforced!
