I have lived here for many years because it is close to Neurologist, which I need to see frequently due to a spinal issue. Because of this, I am unable to move to a new property. Over the last 5 years, I have dealt with mold covering the entire backyard area, mold & water damage bubbling the paint in both full bathrooms, mold and peeling paint around every single window and door, mold in the kitchen island from 4 different sinks having to be installed, due to the negligence of their idiot maintenance men and their inability to correctly install ANYTHING, spider infestations, & mold growing on the backside of my refrigerator! How does that even happen? I have REPEATEDLY contacted the front office to deal with the mold issue in the yard, & it's STILL not resolved! Sure, they make the entrance area look great, but do yourself a favor, drive AROUND the whole complex before you make up your mind. ...read more

I had a bad experience with this apartment. To start with the good points are the location, the good view and the safety, that's it. The apartment is very old, and the maintenance can not keep up with it. Appliances are very old and consume a lot of electricity. The carpet is in bed condition, the wood of the kitchen cabins is eaten up, the windows either don't close well or don't open. Maintenance will come next day when you ask for them and it is frequent not to know what is going on. When it is time to leave the apartment you will have a feeling they want to get as much money out of you as they can. Even if you change, clean or fix things they will charge you. I was charged 2 weeks before the leave 70 $ for fixing the disposal which did not even take them 10 mins. The electricity bill was in average 250 in spite of keeping the temp 79 summer and 76 winter. ...read more
