I had a mover scheduled for over a month and when the day came they showed up an hour and a half late. Was told the CC machine was down and they moved slow so we asked them to hurry up. Im not sure why the other customers on here have complained, but I want to point out that Nautilus is a very solid experience from a customer standpoint. From what I have seen Jason goes above & beyond. His skills are very good, with the work being exceptional. He strikes me as an expert that isnt going to put up with being taken advantage of. Can anyone blame him for that? We all know that some customers can be difficult & I have had Jason tell me no, but he did it our of concern for the animal. Hired Nautilus to clean, repair, and expand outdoor pond. Told the work would take two to three days to complete. After two months and many delays only two hours of work complete. This started in early May. Company will not communicate with us or send refund our deposit. Owner sent nasty and unprofessional message after I asked for schedule and commitment to complete work.
