One of the most horrible experiences I've ever had with a "professional" services company. Long hold times, waiting weeks to never get a return phone call after leaving a voicemail, waiting weeks to get my tax returns back only to find out they don't even know who I am - after refreshing their memory I'm told they can't help me and get hung up on. Seriously!? Read their Google review for all the details. My advice? Stay away from MJ Lowe Income Tax Services. My first hunch was that this business model wouldn't work because the end user doesn't pay Chasetek. It's an attractive proposition, with no cash out. Could not have been worse. They dropped the ball on EVERY single piece. Technically incompetent for the jobs they're managing. No follow up unless pushed and critical issues forgotten. They are rude, from the President on down. Especially the President, actually. Unbelievably rude. But then they don't get their money from the end user, so I suppose that makes sense.
