Cancelled within 30 days (per contract). Have charged me twice since! I have email and cell phone records supporting my communications with Insight Pest Solutions. I have a screenshot where I put it on my calendar to call based on date I could cancel. Also, I have notified my bank to block Insight and lodged a Better Business Bureau complaint. I have to say that this company is 100% professional and effective. They responded immediately to my call and was able to move their schedule around to treat and handle my problem within a couple days. Art was informative and easy to work with; he not only fixed our problem but taught us how to keep from having bed bugs in our home and repeat issue. It's been over 6 months and we are trouble free. They were great about keeping in touch with us to make sure we are still free of our bed bug problem. I would and have recommended them to people.
