I knew after my very first visit that I was never going back. I went in because I cannot go to sleep without a sleep aid. Dollar signs start flashing in place of their pupils and then the next question is: Does your snoring wake you up? because we believe you stop breathing in your sleep. What sleep? And they billed my insurance company for appointments that I did not even attend. They continue to call me after I've cancelled all of my appointments a month prior. I went to the jcpenny salon in the polaris mall to get my hair done. I went for a relaxer and it came out horrible.My hair looks terribe, it looked better before than after. The lady left the relaxer on for like 10 minutes than rinsed it out,dug her nails into my scalp while shampooing it. She half flat ironed my hair and so called trimmed my ends,it looks more like an uneven cut. The sad part about this is I have to walk around with new growth on top of new growth for at least 6-8 weeks before I get another relaxer.I can't believe they charge 70 dollars for this.What a waste of money. ...read more
