I purchased some hair here and thought it was more expensive than I had paid before at other places but the lady assured me that it was retail and they were offering buy one, get one free so I got the two packages. Then I went to US Hair to buy another product they didn't have and saw the the hair I had just purchased was $40 cheaper at US Hair and it was also buy one, get one free! I immediately returned to Hair Joy to get a refund and the same cashier, who sold me the hair 5 minute earlier, refused, saying all buy one get one free items are no refund or exchange! I said that's not fair because you know I haven't even taken this out the bag and your price was well above retail, but she refused. I will NEVER go back to Hair Joy again! Everything they sell, and more, can be found at US HAIR (in the same shopping center) or Infinity (across the street) for a less expensive price and nicer salespeople! ...read more
