Paid this guy to install a power supply. That was it. This is what happened: Thought he damaged my processor. Had to wait two days for him to order another one. Came to install it, and realized it wasn't the processor, but 2GB of bad RAM, which he removed. Claims they were existing problems, which is odd, because my computer ran fine before, and now I can't record music without extreme latency issues. Even bought 2GB of RAM to replace the one he removed, and my computer still doesn't run right. Also claimed I wouldn't have to pay anything since it was his error, but since the problem wasn't the processor after all, had to pay the full fee (he did install the processor for free, but since it wasn't bad to begin with, that's basically a wash). Former employee. Fired May 18th, "highly experienced IT" owner didn't even revoke my user access to the client accounts until mid-July, even after weeks of being told about it after I went to the clients to warn them of the security problem. Clients feel regularly blown-off or disregarded by the owner. Good team works there, unfortunately owner is incompetent and a poor customer service example. All he seems really capable of doing is writing his own positive reviews (Jenkins up there with the five-star is the bar-tab-avoiding alias of the owner, Jeff Myers) and trying to get my remarks removed from this site. He re-sells RocketTheme.com templates as Chepri's work and claims later it's a cost-saving measure, even though he's not a legit re-seller with them. "Jim Jenkins" is the owner, not a customer of the company. Take that as the first consideration of how much credit to give the reviews. Secondly, consider that he re-sells RocketTheme.com templates as Chepri's work and claims that's all to keep 'overhead' low, even though they're not re-sellers with a proper agreement with RocketTheme to do so. They've sold clip-art as 'original' logo designs. I worked for nearly a year under the guy who owns it and saw a lot of questionable if not outright incompetent/shady behaviors, not to mention I was fired on May 18th this year and was still able to log into many client website administration as late as July, which only stopped when *I* notified the *clients* to tell the owner to fix the problem, and which he still refuses to even acknowledge other than to try and shut me up. My company tried to contract Chepri to do a website for our supply service, but the owner kept blowing us off, quoted too high a price for just building a relatively simple Joomla site (I ended up spending half the money to learn how to do it myself), and treated us like we were in some sleazy used-car lot. He asked for the brochure, with that when I talked about the project and the company, he asked for the TAX papers of the employer. For that I gave the sealed envelope that my employer sent to the consulate officer to him. He took the stuff out and looked at the project brochure and then started typing something in the keyboard. And then he started browsing something in his PC for about more than 5 minutes.
