Paid this guy to install a power supply. That was it. This is what happened:

Thought he damaged my processor. Had to wait two days for him to order another one. Came to install it, and realized it wasn't the processor, but 2GB of bad RAM, which he removed. Claims they were existing problems, which is odd, because my computer ran fine before, and now I can't record music without extreme latency issues. Even bought 2GB of RAM to replace the one he removed, and my computer still doesn't run right. Also claimed I wouldn't have to pay anything since it was his error, but since the problem wasn't the processor after all, had to pay the full fee (he did install the processor for free, but since it wasn't bad to begin with, that's basically a wash).

Ever hear the old adage "You get what you pay for?" You'll be lucky to even get that.

Five Star Plumbing and Drains

1
Terrible, Terrible Experience

Long story short: Was given an estimate to install showerhead and faucet, and to replace our drain. When the tech came out to do the work, said he couldn't install our drain (half the estimate) because he could damage our tub cutting the old one out. Did the rest of the work, but went almost $100 over the estimate (including 20% off coupon), which included the drain. Didn't even properly install the faucet, as he didn't caulk it. Called to complain, and they fixed the faucet installation, but they said there was no proof that the drain was included, because that would be another $350. Called another company and they had it installed in under an hour for $135. Five Star is a very deceptive company. If you must use them, record your estimate so they can't renege on it or call you a liar. Or better yet, just use someone else.
