DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.\t\n\t\nHere is a run down of my issues upon pickup:\t\n- Driver was 15 minutes late without notice\t\n- One speaker was tape up by duct tape\t\n- One speaker was halfway hanging down\t\n- White, dried foamy substance was on the counter and carpet\t\n- Sticky substance was all over the seats\t\n- Vehicle smelled of musty smoke\t\n- Cup holders were broke\t\n- Windows were not operable from the back\t\n- Random styrofoam cup with straws was left in a cupholder\t\n\t\nFurthermore, the company told me that they would take care of me the following morning. I did not receive a phone call back the following morning.\t\n\t\nThen, I was told that I would receive a call back by 10:00 am the next day, but I still did not receive a call. So, I called. Then, I was told that I would receive a call by 5:00 pm that day, but I still didn't receive a call. So, I called again that evening, and was told that I would receive a call by the following morning.\t\n\t\nI still didn't receive a call back. They continued to ignore the problem.\t\n\t\nSo, I called them again. We gave the company a delivery order on the 23rd and a pickup number on the 28th The container arrived on the 30th, on the 4th we noticed they had not pulled this container, We advised them the 4th was the LFD, not only did they not pull out the container on the 4th, they refused to pay storage even though they had the delivery order for 2 weeks and we had prepaid for the move.. My wife has been cdl driving for ten years. She has a perfect DAC. The company she worked for was bought out by Robinson. after only a couple weeks driving for robinson the troubles began.The one in charge M***, is a woman hater.He talked down to my wife and said she is too old to be choosey about where she works. Long story short there were so many issues,and because she wouldnt kiss his a**,she was fired.then they called her back saying she wasnt fired,just to use her for a load that had to be on time.On the way back home,they called her and said clean out your truck,your fired again. We made reservations 2 1/2 weeks before our move, they called the day before to confirm that they would be coming between 8 - 10 a.m. That morning they called to say the truck had a flat tire. The truck wouldn't fixed that day - like that's believable, it takes an hour tops to change a tire! They also said that all their trucks were at other locations and could not move us that day or the next. We had to turn in our keys that Sunday. Finally they said they would call around for us to find another company. They said they found A&D, which ended up being 2 guys without a truck and wanted me to put my credit card on a U-Hual and they would pay for it after they dropped it back off. Integrity said they would be available until 1 p.m. to call back if there were any issues. I called numerous times, left two voice messages and never got a ... ! He was very courteous, called me ahead of time that he was on his way, and also offered to move my replacement TV onto another stand for me. too make a long story short.. i booked 2 moves with integrity.. first move 2 story to second floor apt. 2nd move 2nd flr to first floor apartment. the exact same number of boxes were used (i had saved them from previous move) and exact same furniture. First move - 400 for 4 hours..(as quoted by lyndsey) the second move.. (same quote... 400) 7 hours for 600. the second movers did not use dollies. the moving people are great..
