Let me start by saying Sound on Wheels did an excellent job installing a new cd/radio system. It looks great, three of the four factory-installed speakers in our car sound better than ever, and the work was done in a timely fashion.That being said we went in last weekend with one factory speaker not producing sound and cd player jammed. After giving them an initial payment to remove and diagnose the cd player/radio and speaker issues. we were told parts had to be ordered to install the new stereo which was what was needed to fix our complaints, which would require another payment. 5 days later our car is in and out of the shop in 2 hours and the credit card payment goes through, and this is when it all goes wrong.My friend and I are taken outside to be shown how to work the stereo. The helpful employee even hooked my phone up to the bluetooth for me. Then I turn some music on to test the new stereo and...no sound out of the problem speaker. We ask him about this ...read more
