their work is top quality.....but what the deal breaker was for me is that I waited an excessive amount of time and they do not have proper communication within the ranks of the business.. They did not ship when they said they would and I waited two months for a relatively simply order that should have been shipped within two to three weeks... I wound up feeling not taken care of and I am thinking about sending the last item back for a refund.... there are other custom leather shops around that will do good work without the hassle I do not think that these people understand how important it is to make the customer feel important... I am very unhappy with TRD leather and will not buy from them again.... ...read more
