Classco Realty Corp

3.0

By Sulaymaan

I live here in one of the building owned by Classco Realty Corp. I've lived here for about a year and a half now. My apartment is very spacious for the rent I pay, the lay out of the apartment is very agreeable. I have two large bedrooms and one large sitting area plus a nice, adequately sized kitchen. The bathroom is ok too but the shower and tube is really disgusting, to be frankly honest the shower and tube is really disgusting, just yesterday I clean most of the black mold off the tube's sink and wall. I must say that I really love my apartment here. The carpet here is old, and pretty nasty, there are several burns in the carpet from an iron and there are plenty of cigarette burns in the carpet throughout the entire apartment. These buildings are very old and not very well taken care of. I have a neighbor here who is Latiin and speaks virtually no English, he is just one of the crew of Latina men who do repairs around the building. These Latin men are all very polite and nice and I will say, they all do a great job -the just don't speak any English. The neighborhood is not so good but I am a single man, living alone so I don't care about that sort of thing. Someone went it to my car (I had left my doors unlocked), the looked through the glove and arm compartment and did not even have the decency to close the doors... The buildings are often broken into over here on the bottom floors. I live on the third floor but I'm still afraid they will get me too some day (Allah forbid). There are a lot of drawbacks to living here or to living in any building owned by the Lyons people. I have tried to get several people to live here in my area, the people who were supposed to show the apartment to my friends never showed... I like it here. Being here is merely a platform for me until I am ready to move. Here one can accumulate all the nice things they will need for a better home or apartment because the rent here is pretty cheap. If you live here DO NOT LIVE ON THE BOTTOM FLOORS. :) ...read more

APS Home Inspection Service

Everyone should have a home inspection when buying or selling a home because it will reveal potential problems with things like the structure and condition of the house. An inspector will examine everything including the roof, plumbing, electrical systems, septic or sewer systems, heating and air conditioning units, insulation, and much more. We offer our services for Foreclosures, Rehab Homes, Home Repairs made by contractors, Insurance Inspections,Seller Inspectionsfor home disclosures, Photography Service andNew Home Warranty Inspections. Remember a home inspection should be seen as an investment rather than an expense. Home andCommercial Property inspectionsare not usually required and they do add an extra expense. But it's not a corner that should be cut. Otherwise, you will risk moving into a home that can have potentially serious problems that may cause you huge headaches and create a financial drain in the long run. You wouldn't want to move in to your home and find out months later that you have termite damage or that the sub-floor of your bathroom was rotted out and needed replacing. Make sure your purchase offer includes a detailed statement of your right to a home inspection. If the inspection reveals more problems than you're willing to deal with, you may be able to back out of the deal or adjust the price of the home for the repairs if a contingency is built into the agreement. Get It in Writing.  It's possible that the seller may not make all the repairs you'd like them to make. So before you sign the papers at closing time, make sure that everything is spelled out in written form. It should be clear what each party's responsibility for. If there are problems,APS Home Inspection Servicecan tell you which problems are small and which ones might be cause for concern. We also know little tricks to making quick fixes to the less important problems. HUD and FHA both recommend home inspection to protect your investment. Clickherefor their recommendations. And our inspections are scheduled at your "Convenience!" Should I attend the home inspection? We recommend that you be there so the home inspector can explain in person and answer any questions you may have. This is an excellent way to learn about your new home even if no problems are found.APS Home Inspection Servicecompletes 2 reports for you to make sure you have the facts.
