Being a first-time customer, I walked into the USA Parking office to buy my monthly pass (because that's how I paid with the company I previously bought parking passes from), but the woman (Vanessa) behind the counter was the rudest person I have ever encountered. This is saying something, because I used to be both a cashier and a waitress. Her customer service skills were non-existent, and she made it perfectly clear that I wasn't welcome despite my infallible politeness. I used to park here, but I had to change lots because of their ""out by 5:30"" on game days policy. I work nearby and often work late nights, so I find myself SOL on ""event nights"" \t\nThe city of Cleveland cares more about the drunken a$$holes who come downtown for games than they do for the people that populate the businesses.
