This company will work with the customer and seem nice up until the point you are a couple of days late with a payment...then they will call and harass. They all are liars...we have requested on numerous occasions information to be sent to us regarding an insurance policy they allegedly took out on our vehicle because they increased our payment...they REFUSE to send the name and number of the insurance company.
