He attempted to repair a dryer with a new theromstat. Installed part didn't do a thorough analysis, left the premise without discusses anything with me. He assumed it was working. Went in the basement to see what was done and my dryer interior had melted....Called with my obvious displeasure and thanked him for destroying my dryer.
