I would like to take this opportunity to address the "Extremely Disappointed" annonymous suggested client posting, dated December 22, 2012 @ 8:04 PM. First, my most humble apology to every potential client that may be visiting our site for testimonials and recommendations. This suggested negative critique, is truly not how our business is perceived by others and I am so humbled by these remarks just brought to my attention. Obviously I have no idea who would have made such claims and I tuly wish who ever might have said this, would take a moment to infact reach out to me to understand who they might be and provide me the opportunity to address thier suggested concerns. If in fact these were bonafide issues, I find it very sad that whom ever they might be, DID NOT really contact me with regard to any disapointment. I would never mistreat a client or anyone and certainly not with dsregard to my own business, with which we could be viewed negatively. Again, I apologize to all who might be reading or has read this review and hope that whomever it may have come from, might think differently in the future before they unjustly provide such durogatory feedback. I am speechless and cannot imagine why anyone would want to disguise themselves in such a way at anothers expense. We stand behind our work always, and welcome any and all feedback. I hired Donna to coordinate my wedding decor and I would NEVER recommend her. She promised to pull together a beautiful wedding, assuring me that she was a professional event planner. Everything went smoothly until the week before my wedding. She called me and my mother every single day with new problems she encountered. She made my wedding day extremely stressful. In fact, she didn't even deliver the appropriate products the day before the wedding! My mother went to confront her about the errors and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was also very inappropriate with me on several occasions, and instead of apologizing, told me that it was my fault that I didn't have the correct flowers. Furthermore, she treated me as if she was "doing me a favor" by coordinating my wedding decor. I was a paying customer, not a charity case. Mariemont Florist, for the 3rd year in a row, exceeded every expectation for the Homecoming flowers again this year. Not only were the corasages and boutonnieres some of the loveliest I have seen, considering this is my 4th child attending these events through the years, but Donna always contributes to the boosters fundraising efforts through fair pricing as well as all of the direct special order items as well. Events & Florals of Mariemont are true community supporters, but more importantly create some of the nicest designs of floral products I have ever seen. ...read more
