There are many old reviews on this website and I wanted to clarify for anyone who may be reading these poor reviews from 2009. Seasons employee turnover rate may have been high in 2009 while Senior Lifestyle was taking over. Senior Lifestyle has a higher standard of care and higher standard of living than mose, therefore it was either get on board or leave. Seasons provide exceptional care and service. As someone who is an hourly employee in the Independent Living building, I am incredibly proud of the work I do and the work I see being done. I put my heart and soul into my job everyday and the family mentality of this community is why I love my job. This place is down right awful. The staff is hardly around, always "on break" and talking about the other residents loudly in the hallways, teasing them and shouting swear words in the hallways as well. They put on a show for visiters and other important personnel who keep business coming. When residents ask them questions, they lie to their face to get them to go away. The staff rarely intereact with them unless they absolutely have to and when they talk to them, its a very rude tone. I wouldnt want to be put in this home and i wouldnt want anyone else to be.
