I took my car to Blue Ash Auto Body across the street from The Body Shop. "Dan" called from The Body Shop claiming he was with Blue Ash Auto Body requesting authorization to repair my car. Apparently the appraiser with the insurance company of the lady who hit me either sent his estimate to The Body Shop by mistake or he and "Dan" are working together to rip me off. When I called Blue Ash Auto Body to check on my car they said they are not associated with The Body Shop in any way and that "Dan" is a "snake in the grass" trying to confuse me and steal my business. I had a similar experience at Hair Lucky as Buyer Beware. I’ve shopped there for years. They seem to always have the products I want in stock. On this particular day the human hair for braiding that I normally buy seem to have gone up in price. So I was trying to ask what other brands do you have that are similar that doesn’t cost as much. The woman started going off talking about their prices are fair and if I don’t like it than I should shop somewhere else. I was simply trying to ask what other brands they had. I must say that I have not shopped there since. I shopped there for years and I don’t have to continue to patronize a retailer who does not appreciate the business that I give them. There are too many other stores that will gladly take my money and do so with a smile. You can’t treat your customer poorly and expect them to continue to patronize you business. ...read more

I had a similar experience at Hair Lucky as Buyer Beware. I’ve shopped there for years. They seem to always have the products I want in stock. On this particular day the human hair for braiding that I normally buy seem to have gone up in price. So I was trying to ask what other brands do you have that are similar that doesn’t cost as much. I had been a faithful patron of this establishment for a couple years. I put up with their dirty store (trash pails catching water from a leaky roof, nasty carpet, etc), their rude associates, and their inability to communicate on simple product matters. I did this because it was local, because they usually had my products in stock, and because they were fairly priced - though not consistently priced. I âknewâ the ladies that worked there, and I felt my patronage was appreciated. That was until today. I bought a wig (the same wig I've been buying for years) and I saw that the bangs were very thin, it was as if the manufacturer did not put enough hair at the crown. It was very noticeable so I took it back to Hair Lucky thinking they could do a simple swap since it was for the same wig. They wouldn't do a swap for the exact same wig. More than 26,000 Ohio volleyball players have set, spiked and served in a Volley for the Cure match since it started in 2006.
