Can you believe the sales person would hang up on a customer? Just wondering if the person I spoke to is just having a bad day... I am very sorry to interrupt someone in the middle of whatever else was going on in the store; I paid for a hard drive and caddy cash and just trying to get what I paid for... I have purchased 3 laptops from laptop world in Tri-County. I sincerely apologize for the interruption - I am just trying to get what I paid for. It's only 100.00 dollars, for a caddy and an internal hard drive for a dell precision, by the way, NICE COMPUTER, my wife loves it!!! I installed an external MAXTER 500 gig until we get the new drive installed... 7 months ago. Still waiting. I have called at least 4 times attempting to get the caddy and Hard Drive for my wife's dell. I am a UNIX storage admin (field engineer) and don't appreciate the tome of the sales rep. This was unacceptable. - There is a better way to say "I am busy with a customer, can I call you back?" I would have said no problem - please call me when you have time to talk. Thank you. The alternative is (never again). It's only 100.00. If the owner reads this, please call me. You have my number... As I was informed, you experienced a system failure, and lost customer data. R.J. one of the most professional, passionate, and enthusiatic younger people I have had the pleasure to do buisness with.
