We recently used Educational Test Prep Service and enrolled our son who is in the 11th grade. He had taken another course, however it was much too large and he needed individual attention. He did well with the instructor at Educational Test Prep and learned much more than at the larger class. You may find cheap ACT Test Prep but that is what your child we receive "cheap" instruction.
